Production of fresh egg pasta and gnocchi

Guitar spaghetti with Mediterranean flavours and fragrances

Ingredients for 2 persons:

- 200g of guitar spaghetti

- 200g of Pachino tomatoes

- 30g capers from Pantelleria

- 50g of feta cheese

- 50g of Kalamata olives 

- oregano

- extra virgin olive oil

 

Pour a little oil in a saucepan; add olives and chopped tomatoes. Fry for a few minutes and then add the capers, which have been previously well rinsed under running water.

 

Then add spaghetti, crushed feta cheese and some oregano to the saucepan and mix them so the flavours blend together well. Serve.
