Long pasta

Our long pasta is made with a sheet of durum wheat, eggs and water and processed with rolling machines. We are proud to offer 11 different formats, from the most classic and well-known to the most sought-after local specialties, guaranteeing a quality product, subject to rapid cooking estimated at about 4 minutes. As this is a pasta produced at the moment, we give you the possibility to choose the preferred weight.
