Our range of fillings for the ravioli represents a research made of patience and care to present balanced and satisfying combinations, based mainly on a ricotta base, or, in some exceptions, potatoes. The types of ravioli are varied, there are the ones filled with meat, herbs, spices, roots, cheese, vegetables, fruit and fish. To facilitate the search and choice of fillings, they have been divided by kind and placed in alphabetical order according to their type, so the first ingredient is not necessarily the dominant one in the stuffing.
