Gnocchi and tronchetti

Our gnocchi are made from potato flour and water, with a cold-prepared dough. Our experience has allowed us to improve this product over time, adjusting the percentage of water to avoid the sticky effect, enhancing the softness and above all enhancing the flavor of the potato.
